• Seller sends information about the note to one of our representatives
• Our representative provides a free quote within 24 hours.
• Once Pinnacle Investments and the Seller agree to the terms, the file will then go to underwriting.
• The underwriting team begins the process with little distraction and complete confidentiality.
• Pinnacle Investments makes a final agreement with the Seller on the final price and execution of the transaction begins.
• Once all documents are signed, and the closing takes place, the proceeds are wired to Seller's bank.
